We are revolutionizing the way mobile tickets, vouchers, and loyalty points are validated at the point of presence – where digital meets the real world.
SnowShoe is looking for an experienced sales development pro to lead our targeted prospecting efforts and develop new relationships with mid-to-large enterprise-level B2B clients focused on loyalty, events, and transit platform companies, as well as retailers, brands and agencies. The candidate must be able to communicate SnowShoe’s unique hardware and software capabilities to deliver mobile authentication solutions. Core responsibilities include creating, managing, and developing leads and providing quality prospects to our sales team as well as providing account management services for existing customers.
Identify new leads and markets for SnowShoe Stamps.
Perform extensive web research on leading companies and platform players in each target market.
Research prospective accounts to understand needs, build target lists, and develop effective emails and call scripts.
Prospecting and cold calling into targeted markets and introducing SnowShoe Stamps to all new prospects.
Arrange initial meetings for the sales team.
Coordinating with Marketing in lead generation efforts and qualifying prospective customers.
Manage and nurture opportunities to ensure their progression through the sales funnel.
Follow up on leads produced by inbound marketing campaigns.
Schedule introductions / meetings for Sales, assign leads, and ensure timely follow up.
Maintain CRM records by continuously logging prospecting activities, adding new contacts, and updating account information with useful account intelligence.
Work with existing customers to plan out future purchases, ensure maximum client satisfaction and optimized revenue for SnowShoe - promote new use cases that drive additional sales while addressing any customer support needs.
Deliver consistent activity to achieve monthly and quarterly new customer goals and objectives.
Provide constructive suggestions for improving the inbound/outbound sales development processes.
Perform miscellaneous project and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Some college coursework or equivalent experience in B2B, custom software and enterprise solutions sales; college degree preferred. Experience with phone sales and modern prospecting tools and techniques. Advanced computer skills required, including high level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of a CRM (Copper) is a plus.
